How It Works
1. Answer Honestly
You will respond to 220 statements, each rated from 0 to 3: not true at all, occasionally true, often true, or consistently true. There are no right answers here. The more honest the response, the more useful your results will be.
2. Review Your Categories
Your five highest-scoring categories appear with scores out of twelve and explanatory cards. A separate section names three of your lowest-scoring categories. Categories can tie, and highest does not necessarily mean high.
3. Take It Into Prayer
The five highlighted cards include Scripture excerpts and declarations for prayer. Reflection guidance can help you bring what you find to a trusted pastor, counselor, or ministry leader.
This assessment is a tool for prayer and reflection. It does not diagnose a condition, identify a spirit, or establish that a pattern has a spiritual cause. Your answers describe what you reported, and your results do not define who you are.
The Teaching Behind the Assessment
Every category here comes from Dr. Barbie Breathitt's Deliverance Manual: Walking in Truth, Freedom, and Spiritual Authority. The five highlighted category cards draw on the manual's definitions, Scripture foundations, and declarations.
The starting point is simple. Deliverance is not about fear or focusing on darkness. It is about restoring truth, reclaiming identity, and walking in the authority already given to you through Christ.
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
John 8:32, NKJV
